Songhees Point

Westsong Way, a continuous waterfront promenade, was constructed by the Municipality of Esquimalt and the City of Victoria and opened October 2nd, 1990.

In this place called Songhees Point, a Totem Pole was raised in 1994 through the initiative of the Songhees Nation, to recognize the three major Native languages of Vancouver Island.
